I've researched every wellness tool that promises to help women like me, and now I'm actually using them — sauna, red light, cold plunge, vibration plate, grounding, water filtration — and documenting what works, what doesn't, and what I'd skip. Not as an expert. As a real woman trying to feel like herself again.
